Insurance & Financial Information
We are happy many of our patients have insurance to help defray the cost of dentistry. We participate in all plans that allow you to go to the dentist of your choice and all patients can get a pre-treatment estimate of their dental care and insurance benefits.
To expedite payment of your benefits, our office is happy to submit your insurance claim on the day of treatment electronically. It is not necessary for patients to bring blank insurance forms. If you do have dental insurance, it would be helpful for you to bring your insurance card to your first appointment.
Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask you pay your portion of the fee at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
We are committed to helping keep your smile healthy and beautiful for a lifetime. We take care to explain all dental procedures and associated fees before beginning treatment.
If you wish to finance your dental investment over a six month or longer period, we work with Capital One and CareCredit to bring monthly payments in line with your budget. Our staff will be happy to assist you in making these arrangements.
